Mae fy cymuned yn hoffi pobl i gymryd rhan mewn penderfyniadau sy'n mynd i effeithio arnynt. Mae yna grŵp o'r enw "Perant network". Mae "parent network" wedi ei gwneud gan rhieni ar gyfer rhieni arall. Maent yn sicrhau bod rhieni a gofalwyr yn cael mwy o pwer ac awdurdod drwy ddarparu cyfleoedd iddynt gymryd rhan wrth gynllunio a gwneud penderfyniadau yng Nghastell-nedd Port Talbot. My community likes people to get involved with decisions affecting them. There is a group called parent network. Parent network is set up by parents for parents. They ensure parents and carers have more power and authority by providing them with opportunities to get directly involved in the planning and decision-making of services in Neath Port Talbot.This is a link to their website. http://www.theparentnetworknpt.org.uk/

 Hefyd mae yna grŵp sy'n cael cyfarfod yn wythnosol yn neuadd cymunedol Bryncoch,Castell-Nedd . Enw'r grwp hwnna yw  grwp cefnogi anghenion arbennig Castell-nedd Port-Talbot. Mae hwn yn grwp cymorth i rhieni a gofalwr sydd â phlentyn neu blant ag anghenion arbennig e.e. gallai'r plentyn fod yn awtistig, yn cael anhawster dysgu neu gorfforol. Roedd yr grwp wedi cael ei wneud gan Miss Rhian Joanne Doreen Williams.

There is also a group that meets weekly at the community center, Neath. That group is  Neath Port Talbot special needs support group. This is a support group for parents and carers of a child or children with special needs eg child may be autistic, have a learning or physical difficulty. The founder of the group is Miss Rhian Joanne Doreen Williams.
